One sleepless night

Eventhough the title seems to be some book title you dont expect too much from my blogs. i am not a voracious reader of books and novel. I just read when i find time. If u just dont belive me i will say a simple fact... It took me 2.5 weeks to read "davinci code".. even though the actual time it took me to read it was around 25 hrs. i could have finished it within 3 days.. but one of my friend started after me and finished before me. That motivated me a lot (Infact he bullied over me).. other wise god only knows whether i would have finished it by now or not.. Let me come to main reason of my blog.. One of my collegue who is the designer of our team passed away yesterday. Actually he is not very close to me.. Infact i havent seen him(when he was alive). He was in the other office. But as i am currently giving life to the screens designed by him my inner mind said that "u have to see his face atleast once". They arranged a tempo traveller in our office and some of the guys who were close to him accompanied me. His house was in patabiram which was very far from our office.. Infact some of the guys who were new to chennai and accompanied me wondered whether chennai is this much big..
With 1hr 15 mins of jam packed cab travel we reached his house finally. I was schoked on seeing his face. He was such a young person. I already knew that he didnt get married. But i didnt expect that his age would be just 24(Some where saying 25). But what ever it may be.. After paying respects for him we had a brief discussion about him and his family( which is a common thing in a death happened house). There were certain facts which made me really sad. First one was he was the only person who was an earning member in his house. His father was very old and obiously he would have got a retirement even if he is a politician. But his mother was not that much old but she would have also crossed her 50's.. He had one elder sister who got married and two younger sisters who are studying. He even worked on saturday and sunday and did some part time jobs which i guess would be some more reduce his parents burden. I couldn't see his parents especially his mother (Of course which mother in world would ever imagine such a situation) .. Then planned to do the cremation immediately i guess there would be some medical reasons behind it.. So our higher officials thought that we shall attend too attend it.. When his body was about to be taken from his house one of his sister fainted .. It almost took me to a different state which i have no words to describe.. Once they cremated his body we left the place. Even though my tears didnt kiss the ground i left with a some unexplainable emotions.
These scenes led me to have a restless sleep yesterday............ Eventhough some higher officials send some mails on his death can his parents be ever satisfied ... Only time can tell us the answer for us.....
